  1. How is the Order Procedure and When Will I Receive the Order?
  • For all order enquiries, you may contact us by telephoning us at +6012-900 7757. Alternatively, you may reach out to us at [email protected].
  • Upon acceptance of your enquiry, you will be contacted for advice on the order details such as photo dimensions, printing material and etc.
  • Afterwards, you will receive a quotation email based on your enquiry from us.
  • Once order is confirmed and payment is received, we will proceed to custom make your product followed by delivery. Overall process is likely to complete in 3 to 5 weeks.
  1. What are the Payment Methods Available?
  • We support the following payment options at Adam Tan Gallery:
    • Online Banking
    • Cash on Delivery (We collect 50% deposit whilst the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery [This Option is Only Applicable in Malaysia*])

  • All orders processed are custom made based on clients’ requirements and demands. Hence, it is strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • If you receive a tracking number from us, youcan track your order on DHL Logistics Official Website once the order is ready for delivery.

  1. How do You Package and Ship My Order?
  • For Unframed Works:
    All artwork is roll up  with an acid-free soft paper and protect with shipping tube.
  • For Framed Works ready to hang:
    All artwork is packaged individually in museum mounting board (may vary depending on the size) and carefully wrapped with bubble wrap. It is then delivered in a strong structured cardboard with edge protection.

All artwork is delivered by DHL Logistics, a reliable courier service provider we put utmost confidence in.

  1. How is the Quality Ensured?
  • Our product range has been compiled with the greatest care and wepay special attention to ensure that all materials used are of the highest standard of quality. The exposures and prints at Adam Tan Fine Art Photography are produced using either a classic photographic process or with pigment inks. Both processes provide maximum colour protection, high stability for colours and maximum UV protection. The manufacturers of papers and inks state that if their products are used properly, they will last for 70-100 years.

    The paper types used are as follows:

    1) Giclee print / Digital print using archival pigment ink on fine art papers.
    2) Giclee print on Epson Signature Worthy Fine Art Papers.
    3) Giclee print on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Photo Rag (Satin/Pearl/Bright White) pap

  1. What Happens in the Event if I Receive a Product in a Damaged / Defective Condition?
  • Buyer is obligated to inspect and ensure the product is delivered in impeccable condition.

    In the event if you receive a faulty product and suspect it is caused during the delivery process, you should to inform the shipping agent/the courier service provider on the spot.

    In case of any defects noticed after the receipt of product from the courier service provider, you will have to inform Adam Tan Fine Art Photography no later than five working days. Any day later than this shall be deemed satisfactory from your end.

  1. Does the Print Come with Frame? Can I Choose the Frame?
  • We provide framing options based on your needs for orders placed in Malaysia and Singapore. Otherwise, we could suggest few options based on our profession for you to choose from.   1. How do I check whether the Artwork’s Authenticity?
  • When you purchase our original art, a Certificate of Authenticity will be included, it must
  • be duly noted that a Certificate of Authenticity must include (a) Name of Artwork (b)
  • Medium of Artwork (c) Dimensions of Artwork (d) Limited Edition Number (e) the
  • Date/Month/Year the Art/Artwork/Photo was purchased on the Adam Tan Gallery (f)
  • Artist’s handwritten signature. A certificate of Authenticity is a signed document proving
  • the Authenticity Certificate of work (original/limited editions) and containing
  • details/information about the art for Buyer’s reference.
  1. Will I Receive My Certificate and Signature of Artist?
  • All artworks delivered come with a Certificate of Authenticity and are signed by the photographer

  • In order to maintain and ensure the quality of the artwork, you should follow the advice provided below:
    1. Do not expose artwork to direct sunlight, in part or entirely.
    2. Do not hang artwork directly above heating appliances, and
    3. Do not expose artwork to a place where humidity level exceeds the norm.
